THE THRESHOLD TO YOU

A space to honor who you were, understand who you are becoming, and consciously reclaim
the woman you choose to be.

The Truth

Motherhood can shift your identity in ways you never expected. You may feel angry, lost, disappointed, disconnected from yourself, or like the woman you once knew has somehow disappeared.

You may even feel rage toward the identity of being a mother.

And underneath it all is a question:

If I can't go back to who I was, then who am I now?

The Feelings

Maybe you keep wondering:

Where did I go?!

You remember who you were before motherhood, but that version of you can feel so far away.

Grieving your freedom, your body, your relationships, your ambitions, your sense of self—or simply the woman you thought you would be.

You may even feel rage toward the identity of being a mother.

The Change

There is the woman you were. In the fog of grief, change, uncertainty, and release.

This isn't about healing who you were. It's about consciously reclaiming who you are.

There is the woman you will be through honoring your grief, understanding the change, reconnecting with what feels true, choosing who you want to be and creating your way forward.

The Reclaiming

Reclaiming yourself. Becoming who you choose to be.

This is where you get to discover what this new identity means to you.

Develop:

  • Greater clarity around your changing identity

  • Connection to what feels authentic to you now

  • Greater confidence in your next step

  • Permission to create your own way of being

FROM YOUR COACH

Waking up and finding yourself in a fog after giving birth is equal parts scary and exciting. Well, maybe not exciting to you yet, more like anxious and nervous. All those emotions create the leap needed to reclaim your choice, your voice and your life. I support women through this transformation that begins in motherhood, the parts that are too taboo for dinner talk but whispered in the middle of the night with your best friend. I will support you while moving through grief and release, integrating the parts of yourself that are being called forward, and consciously reclaiming your identity.
